                     Dealings by Substantial Shareholders

Tiger announces that it was informed on 19 February, 2001 that Everett
Financial Management Limited ('Everett') in its capacity as a licensed dealer
in securities sold 485,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Tiger ('Ordinary
Shares') to its clients leaving Everett with a balance of 7,595,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 3.4% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
