Tiger was notified today, that Bruce Rowan, a director of the Company, purchased
200,000 shares in Tiger on 19 April 2005 at a price of 2.3p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Rowan's total holding increased to 45,866,239
ordinary shares in the Company representing 19.44 % of the issued ordinary share
capital.
