Interim dividend

 

On 9 August 2022, TI Fluid Systems plc announced that its Board had declared an interim dividend of 1.00 Euro cents per ordinary share based on the Group's financial position and prospects.

The dividend will be paid in Sterling on 16 September 2022 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on the record date of 19 August 2022.

The dividend amount of 1.00 Euro cents will be converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on Friday, 19 August 2022 and the sterling rate will be announced on Monday, 22 August 2022.
