T & G AIM VCT PLC 'C' SHARE OFFER



The Directors announce that the Company has made allotments of 445,170 Ordinary
'C' shares of 10p each in the Company under Offers for Subscription for 2002/
2003 and 2003/2004.



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of these
shares to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to
trading.  It is expected that dealings will commence on Thursday 5th June 2003.
