ADDITIONAL LISTING



The directors announce that, subsequent to the Offers for Subscription for 2002/
2003 and 2003/2004 and the Board's authority stated in the prospectus to issue
up to an additional 10% of the shares in issue, application has been made to the
UKLA and the London Stock Exchange to list and trade 34,000 'C' Shares of 1p
each.


The shares have been allotted and are expected to trade on Tuesday May 4th 2004.
