Additional Listing

T&G AIM VCT PLC

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange to list an additional 293,895 Ordinary Shares of 1 p in T & G AIM VCT
plc pursuant to the Offer for Subscription.  These shares have been allotted and
trading is expected to commence on Tuesday 25th June.  Following this listing
the number of shares in issue will be 2,635,529.



The shareholdings of the Directors of the VCT are now :
