Notification of transactions by Directors and Voting Rights and Capital

The Board of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB) (the "Board"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, has been advised that all Directors have acquired, on 2 January 2013, additional ordinary 1p shares in the Company at £1.45 per share as detailed below:

The purchases are consistent with the irrevocable undertakings made by these Directors to subscribe to Placing Shares as disclosed in the Company's announcement of 6 December 2012.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 50,959,590.

No shares are held in treasury.
