DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


In accordance with s324 to s328 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the
Company was notified today that 1,944 ordinary shares, representing 0.02 percent
of the issued share capital were today given to the minor children of Mr Andrew
Thorpe, Chairman of the Company. Mr Thorpe is now interested in a total of
2,788,843 shares, representing 23.41 percent of the issued share capital.


These calculations are based on 11,913,559 being the total number of shares in
issue with voting rights.
