Directors' holdings

In accordance with sections 324 to 328 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended),
Mr DM Lippold has notified the Company that he has today sold 1,900 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.02 percent. of the issued share capital,
at 575p per Ordinary Share.

Following this disposal, Mr Lippold and persons connected with him remain
interested in 15,641 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.13 per cent.
of its issued share capital.
