In accordance with sections 324 to 328 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended),
Mr M Allcock has notified the Company that he and persons connected with him
have today sold 3,720 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 585p per Ordinary Share.




Following this disposal, Mr Allcock and persons connected with him remain
interested in 15,180 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.13 per cent.
of its issued share capital.
