In accordance with sections 324 to 328 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended),
Mr D M Lippold has notified the Company that he sold 1,500 Ordinary Shares in
the Company at 635p per Ordinary Share on 10th April 2007.


Following this disposal, Mr Lippold and persons connected with him remain
interested in 14,141 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.12 per cent.
of its issued share capital.
