FW Thorpe plc announces that it has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Solite Europe Ltd.  This Company, which specialises in the manufacture of cleanroom lighting equipment for laboratory, pharmaceutical and semiconductor areas, is based near Manchester and employs 14 people.
