SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS INTEREST AND DIRECTORS HOLDINGS

Thor Mining PLC ('the Company' or 'Thor'), AIM, ASX: 'THR' the specialist metals
company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the
Northern Territory of Australia, has been notified that Tennant Creek Gold
Limited ('Tennant Creek'), a substantial shareholder, has distributed 14,006,183
ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') and 7,283,555 Warrants to its shareholders. Following the distribution
Tennant Creek holds 1,093,817 Ordinary Shares and 216,445 Warrants. Tennant
Creek no longer has a notifiable interest in Thor.



Following the distribution the Directors have increased their Ordinary Share and
Warrant holdings in the Company.



The current beneficial interests of the Directors in the securities of the
Company are set out below:
