                  DUAL LISTING ON FRANKFORT STOCK EXCHANGE

Thor Mining PLC ('Thor' or the 'Company') the mineral exploration and
development company focused on advancing molybdenum and tungsten projects in the
Northern Territory of Australia announced today its admission to the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.

Thor's primary listing is on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market where the
Company has been quoted since 29 June 2005.

The Directors believe being quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will provide
the Company with access to the European capital markets.
