Thor Mining PLC ('the Company' or 'Thor'), AIM, ASX: 'THR' the specialist metals
company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the
Northern Territory of Australia, today announces the issue of options to
employees and consultants.



The Company has today approved the grant of 2,750,000 Options to employees and
consultants as set out in the table below. These Options vest immediately and
are exercisable on or before 15 June 2009 at an exercise price of 11p.
