Annual General Meeting: Retirement of Director

At the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held today 4 December
2000, all resolutions put before the Company's shareholders were voted on and
duly passed.

Mr J H Glicher, a director of the Company until today's AGM, did not offer
himself for re-election upon retiral by rotation, and has consequently retired
from the board with immediate effect.
