THG PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 28 January 2022 of the disposal by FIC Shareco Limited ("FIC Shareco") of 6,926,161 ordinary voting shares of 0.005 each in the capital of the Company held by FIC Shareco, a PCA of a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company ("PDMR"), but which are beneficially owned by Steven Whitehead (who is neither a PDMR nor a person closely associated with such a PDMR).
