Disposed of 60 Flats & Houses for £3.1M

Property & Capital Group Plc (the 'Group')

At the last in a series of auction sales, the Group yesterday disposed of 60
flats and houses generally in central and east Scotland at an aggregate price
of £3.1m; these had an aggregate cost of £3.4m and carrying value of £3.6m. 
Proceeds of these sales reduce the Group's overall gearing.
