                     Appointment of Non-Executive Director



Terrace Hill Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Dyson,
one of the North West of England's foremost property consultants, to its Board
as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 5 March 2007.



Mr. Dyson has over 30 years experience in the property and property related
industry, principally in the UK.  Mr. Dyson is Chairman for the North West
region of property advisers, Jones Lang LaSalle, having previously been
Executive Chairman of Dunlop Haywards Ltd.



Mr. Dyson has worked on a number of major projects, predominately in the North
West. He was instrumental in putting together Manchester's first major urban
regeneration scheme - the 300,000 sq ft Barbirolli Square office complex
adjoining the Bridgewater Concert Hall.  Other development schemes he has been
involved with include Kings Business Park, Knowsley (300,000 sq ft - offices);
Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne (60,000 sq ft - offices); 40 Spring Gardens,
Manchester (100,000 sq ft - offices); Middleton Town Centre, Greater Manchester;
The Circus, Manchester (100,000 sq ft - hotel/leisure/retail); and Belvedere,
Manchester (100,000 sq ft - offices).



Furthermore Mr. Dyson is advising on two of the most significant development
schemes in the North West: Spinningfields - the redevelopment of an entire 'City
Quarter' of Manchester comprising some 2.5m sq ft of commercial, residential,
retail and open space; and Kingsway Business Park, Rochdale a joint public/
private sector employment generating development of mixed use over 270 acres
adjoining the M62.



Chairman, Robert Adair, said, 'The Directors believe that Bob will be a great
asset to the Board as Terrace Hill enters its next phase of growth.  He will be
instrumental in building our presence in the North West where he has a proven
track record and an outstanding reputation.'
