DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING



The Company announces that it was notified today that Mr Robert Edward Lane,
Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 15,000 Shares in the Company in an
off-market transaction at a price of 26p per share representing 0.01% of the
current issued share capital of the Company.  This represents Mr Lane's entire
shareholding in the Company.



The Shares referred to in this announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Company.
