The Company announces that it was notified today that Mr Nigel Turnbull, Joint
Managing Director of the Company, has today purchased 20,000 Shares in the
Company at a price of 25p each . Mr Turnbull's interest in the share capital of
the Company has increased from 96,000 Shares (0.06%) to 116,000 Shares (0.075%).


The Shares referred to in this announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Company.
