Shares at a price of 12.0p each. Miss Kelly's interest in the share capital of
the Company has today increased from 63,302 Shares (0.041%) to 73,302 Shares
(0.047%).



2. Robert F M Adair, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 50,000 Shares
   at a price of 12.50p each. Mr Adair's interest in the share capital of the
   Company has increased from 128,223,549 Shares (82.32%) to 128,273,549 Shares
   (82.35%).



The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Company.
