Shares (all Shares referred to in this announcement are Ordinary Shares of 2p
each nominal value) at a price of 15.5p each. Mr Macdonald's interest in the
share capital of the Company has increased from 435,086 Shares (0.59%) to

2. Sean D H Cufley, Director of the Company has today purchased 7,500 Shares at
a price of 15.5p each. Mr Cufley's interest in the share capital of the company
