                            Directors' shareholdings

The Board of Terrace Hill announces that it was informed today of the following
purchases of ordinary shares in the Company:

Philip Leech, Group Managing Director of Terrace Hill, purchased 10,000 ordinary
shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 31 October 2007 at
a price of 72 pence per share. Following this acquisition of shares, Philip
Leech is now interested in 1,594,447 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75% of the
current issued share capital of the Company.

Thomas Walsh, Group Finance Director of Terrace Hill, purchased 10,000 Ordinary
Shares on 31 October 2007 at a price of 72 pence per share. Following this
acquisition of shares, Thomas Walsh is now interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.02% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
