                             Director shareholding

Terrace Hill announces that they received notification today that Mr Thomas
Gerard Walsh, Group Finance Director, today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in
the Group at a price of 57p per share.  The interest of Mr Walsh has increased
from 35,000 ordinary shares (0.019%) to 40,000 ordinary shares (0.021%).

The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued ordinary shares of 2p
each in the Group.
