Terrace Hill Group PLC, held its Annual General Meeting today and all
resolutions were duly passed.

At the meeting, the Group's Chairman, Robert Adair said, 'With a strong line of
specifically targeted development projects across various market sectors, now
totalling £1.3 billion, we look forward to continuing to build a business that
further rewards our investors.'
