Terrace Hill Group plc ('Terrace Hill' or 'the Company')


Additional Listing


The Company announces that it has applied for the admission of 386,976 new
ordinary shares of 2p each ('Terrace Hill Shares') in the Company to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM'). These
shares have been issued and allotted as final part consideration. It is expected
that dealings in the new Terrace Hill Shares will commence on 25th June 2004.


These shares will rank pari passu with all existing Terrace Hill Shares in issue
and the number of shares in issue following this application becoming effective
will be 187,228,737.
