Revolving Acquisition Facility

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited ("TRIG") is pleased to announce that a revolving acquisition facility has been agreed with both Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS") and National Australia Bank Limited ("NAB").

This three-year committed multicurrency facility, for up to £80 million, including a £10 million working capital element, will give TRIG a further flexible source of funding to make acquisitions of renewable energy generation projects in the UK and Northern Europe.
