ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND TO TRADING ON THE MAIN MARKET AND PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Further to the announcement on 20 April 2015 in relation to the closing of the Company's 2015/2016 offer for subscription (the "Issue"), The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares have been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission"). The Company's ticker symbol is TRIG.

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, we have been notified that on Admission the beneficial interests of the senior executives of the Investment Manager with day-to-day management responsibility in connection with services provided to the Group (being the Company and its wholly owned corporate subsidiaries) were as follows:

All of the transactions listed above involved the issue of Ordinary Shares by the Company to the relevant subscriber at a price of 102.25p per ordinary Share pursuant to the Issue.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 524,258,442. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
