ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND TO TRADING ON THE MAIN MARKET AND PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Further to the announcement on 26 June 2014 in relation to C Share Conversion Ratio and Admission of New Ordinary Shares, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that 64,017,608 Ordinary Shares have today been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission").  The Company's ticker symbol is TRIG.

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on Admission the beneficial interests of the Directors in the issued share capital of the Company were as follows:
