In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited announces Helen Mahy, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman, has informed the Company that she has been appointed to the board of SVG Capital plc with effect from 24 July 2014.  SVG Capital plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange. There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Ms Mahy.
