Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited announces Jonathan Bridel, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed to the board of Fair Oaks Income Fund Limited, which listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 12 June 2014.  There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Bridel.
