In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 5 June 2014 the Company had 51,441,102 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue with a total of 51,441,102 voting rights.
