                              BOARD APPOINTMENT


At a Board Meeting held earlier today, Mr Andrew Barker was appointed as a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

In accordance with Rules 16.4 and 16.5 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority, outlined below are directorships held by Mr Barker in any publicly
quoted company at any time during the previous five years:
