Foreign & Colonial Smaller Companies Plc has today made two purchases for
cancellation totalling 360,000 ordinary shares. Both batches were purchased in
the market at a price of 301p per share.
Following this purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at
96,396,319.
