of SurfControl plc, Retail Decisions plc, and JP Morgan Fleming Income & Growth
plc.



She resigned as a non-executive director of 3i European Technology Trust plc in
May 2005, Mettoni Group plc in December 2002, Protagona plc in November 2002 and
QSP Group plc in October 2001



There are no other details to be revealed in connection with paragraphs 16.4 of
the Listing Rules 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
