The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has been informed that Nicholas Wong, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 January 2018 via his ISA at a price of 10.48p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Wong now has a total beneficial interest in 8,831,093 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
