Director shareholding

The Board of Fulham Shore has been informed by Nabil Mankarious, a director of the Company, that by virtue of his daughter turning 18 years of age and her shareholding in the Company no longer required to be aggregated with his, his total beneficial interest in the Company is now 111,759,893 ordinary shares, equivalent to 19.63% of the Company's total issued share capital.  110,759,893 of these shares are registered in the name of Rock Nominees Limited and 1,000,000 of these shares are owned by Teresa Mankarious, wife of Nabil Mankarious and also registered in the name of Rock Nominees Limited.  No purchase or sale of shares in the Company has taken place in connection with this change in Mr Mankarious' disclosable shareholding.
