The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has been informed that Nicholas Wong, Finance Director of the Company, has today purchased 35,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.4p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Wong now has a total beneficial interest in 8,786,093 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
