Final Dividend



The Company announced today a proposed final dividend of 1.5pence per ordinary
share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of
the Company due to be held on 6 November 2007. The dividend will be payable to
shareholders on the register at 9 November 2007 and the payment date will be 30
November 2007.
