                        Director's Shareholding

Stephen Dean, Chairman of the Company, yesterday sold 5,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at 14p per share.  This transaction reduces Stephen
Dean's beneficial holding in the Company to 24,750,000 ordinary shares
representing 16.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
