                               ('the Company')

Additional Listing Application has today been made to the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 53,846
ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company. These shares have been issued to
satisfy the deferred consideration element for the acquisition of Joseph
Driver Building Limited announced on 6 August 1999. The new ordinary shares
will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 13 December 2000.
