purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 25p each for cancellation representing 0.31%
of the issued share capital at a price of 58.5p per share.

Following the above transaction the Company now has 14,356,565 shares in issue.
 The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in The AIM Distribution Trust plc is
 14,356,565.
