In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, The
AIM Distribution Trust plc announces the following:

The Company's capital as at 28 February 2007 consists of 14,401,565 Ordinary
shares of 25 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in The AIM Distribution Trust plc is
14,401,565.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, The AIM Distribution Trust plc
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
