Offers for subscription ('the Offers')

The Directors are pleased to announce that between 5 April 2005 and 15 April
2005 the Company has made allotments of 841,584 Ordinary Shares of 25p at a
price of 73.5p per share in accordance with the pricing formula set out in the
Offers dated 15 January 2005.

It is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 16 May 2005.

The Offers have now closed.
