The Company announces that it has today received notification that Laxey
Partners Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company.

Previously, on 15 June 2006, the Company announced that various funds under the
discretionary management of Laxey Partners Limited held 1,649,602 ordinary
shares representing 10.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
