Board Change
Further to the implementation of the recent merger and related proposals, the
board of Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc is pleased to announce that Michael
Cunningham has joined the board as a non-executive director with immediate
effect.
There are no disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of
Michael's appointment.
