AIM DISTRIBUTION TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that Mr Stuart Goldsmith, a Director of
the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p in the Company on 28
November 2001 at a price of 60p each. Mr Goldsmith is now deemed to have an
interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p in the Company, representing 0.12%
of the issued share capital.
