Legg Mason Investors AIM Distribution Trust Plc announces that it has today sent
a Circular to Shareholders, incorporating a notice of EGM to be held on 14
January 2004, requesting approval to change the name of the Company to The AIM
Distribution Trust Plc following the change of Investment Manager as previously
announced.
