Further to the resolution passed at the General Meeting held on 25 March 2010,
the Company's name was changed to:
Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc
This name change has now been registered with Companies House. Dealings under
the new name will commence at 8am on Monday 29 March 2010.
The Company's TIDM will change from "AMD" to "DDV1".
